What physiological effects are induced by chiropractic and/or acupuncture?
Studies have show that acupuncture stimulation induces the following physiological effects: 
  • Pain relief (neck, back, leg, and tail pain).
  • Geriatric behavior or mood changes
  • Promotion of tissue healing processes
  • Regulation of gastrointestinal motility and helping with chronic internal medicine disorders
  • Anti-inflammatory effects
  • Musculoskeletal Problems: muscle soreness, back pain, osteoarthritis, and degenerative joint disease, injuries, event or sport injuries

When is chiropractic and/or acupuncture recommended?
Clinical trials indicated that chiropractic and acupuncture therapy can be effective in the following conditions:
  • Musculoskeletal problems: muscle soreness, back pain, osteoarthritis, and degenerative joint disease
  • Neurological disorders: seizures, intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), laryngeal hemiplegia, and facial and radial nerve paralysis
