Appointments:
We take pride in being a small, family-owned business because it allows us to provide a level of personalized service and care that you may not find in larger corporations. Our commitment to individual attention and our deep connection to the community, helps us build lasting relationships with our customers, and we love getting to know you and your pets!
Being that we are a smaller practice, you may not always see the same veterinarian for each visit. Different veterinarians in the practice may have different areas of expertise or varying schedules, so your pet's care could involve consultations with different practitioners depending on availability and the specific health issue your pet is facing. This collaborative approach ensures that your pet receives the best possible care. If you like to see a specific veterinarian, please be sure to let us know when scheduling your pet's appointments.

* Please note, we are currently booking approximately 3-4 weeks out for all routine wellness appointments. Urgent/sick appointments can typically be seen sooner (for established patients), depending on same day sick appointment availability and cancellations. New patient appointments are also booking approximately 4-6 weeks out.
If your pet has an illness or injury that needs to be addressed sooner than we are able to schedule for, we may refer you to either Upstate Veterinary Specialties, Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital, or Northway Animal Emergency Clinic.

Missed Appointment Policy:
There is a $45 charge for all missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Kindly call in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help another pet that is waiting for care to be seen sooner.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate you and may need to reschedule your visit.

This deposit is refundable only if a cancellation notice is given 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment time.
