Missed Appointment Policy:
There is a $45 charge for all missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Kindly call in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help another pet that is waiting for care to be seen sooner.

- Call from the parking lot to check in and remain in your car.
- A staff member will come outside to escort you and your pet directly into the exam room.
- You will stay with your pet during the exam (unless you prefer to wait in your car -that's ok too!)
- Full curbside service remains in effect, please stay in your car and call for service!
Other Policies:
- For the safety of all the animals at our clinic, all dogs must be on a leash and cats in carriers.
- Please allow 48 hours for all medication refills.
Payment Policy:
We strive to provide the highest quality care to the pets and people at AVC. In order to best serve you, we are happy to provide you with an estimate for what services will cost, prior to your pet's visit. Payment is due in full when services are rendered, so it is important that we understand your financial commitment prior to performing treatments on your pet.
